This complete process comprises of two steps:

To use this option, you need to enable a new button named Enrich with Demand in your BuzzBoard SF App.
 Note:

You will need to enable this button in both the Leads and Accounts layout if you want to enrich both of them. We’ll start with explaining how to enable the button for Leads enrichment and then you can repeat the same steps for Accounts as well.

1 Login to your Salesforce instance where the BuzzBoard SF App is installed and click on the Leads tab.

2 Click on the gear icon in the top right corner.

12.png

8 Select that button name in the left box and move it to the right box using the right arrow key.

13.png

9 Once you see the Enrich with Demand in the Selected Buttons list (right box), click on Save.

14.png

10 Go back to the Leads tab. You will now find the Enrich with Demand button.

15.png

11 Repeat the process for Accounts layout from the Accounts page.

 Note:

This option lets you enrich up to 200 records at a time. You can use this option when you want to enrich a random set of leads/accounts.

Select the checkboxes for the records you want to enrich and click on the Enrich with Demand button.

16.png

12 After clicking on the Enrich with Demand button, you must enter a Segment title and description for the records. By default, a unique title will be prefilled; however, you can edit it, if desired. Later, you will be able to filter these segmented records with this title in your Salesforce and BuzzBoard Demand accounts.

17.png

13 After entering the title and description, click on the Enrich button. This will initiate the enrichment process. It may take some time for the enrichment to complete. You will receive an email notification when the enrichment is complete.

14 After the enrichment is complete, search the records in SF. You will find the enriched values in the custom fields based on the fields you have mapped in your BuzzBoard Demand account (Refer to the Configuration Summary page in your BuzzBoard Demand account for the field mapping and other configurations).
